Cleanliness on the balcony leaves much to be desired!!! The lack of parking is misleading. it could lead to confusion for future guests!!! Also, the door above the dressing room is unnecessary and annoying!!!

Can't recommend highly enough for a brief retreat

Spacious room, peaceful atmosphere, which provided a large dressing area and surprisingly quiet nights despite being centrally located, along with convenient luggage storage to refresh after checkout and proximity to a train station.

All was flawless.

I loved staying in a spacious room filled with natural light, just a few steps away from the stunning Santa Maria del Fiore and the Uffizi Gallery. the convenience of being in the heart of Florence made my weekend explorations truly enjoyable.

It was just a great fit for a holiday in Florence with high value for money. The outside patio area was nice, even if a bit tired. Make sure to check the breakfast hours to avoid disappointment.

Great stay in Florence!

We had a nice 5-night stay in a Double Room. The place was super clean and in a great location for exploring the city. You could easily contact them for help with taxis, which came in handy. The breakfast was a little basic, though, but overall we felt very comfy.

I loved staying in my Superior Double Room for 5 nights and appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept everything super clean.
